Welcome to "noiZe vieW"

The idea to make this project was born in November 2011. After hours of recording, testing, deleting, recording again, volume changing and and....

....it is now finished.

The "noiZe vieW" is my own interpretation of In Bb Flat. The people of tikirobot.net have made with the videos of "In Bb Flat" a browser based Buddha machine . (See the orginal Buddha Machine of tikirobot). Tikirobot has published the source under the AGPL version 3 licence, so it was possible to make a derivative work of their Buddha machine. To make this noize Buddha machine I changed a lot of code, added some new features for easier configuration, multiple videos in one tile and I added some code to set minimum and maximum volume of each video.

After weeks of recording the first version is online for public viewing. This project is not finished. I'll add new videos from time to time or change the existing ones. I'm not satisfied with all sounds in the videos. Due to the aleatoric concept of the instrumets I've used I must make a lot of recording sessions to get usable versions. Maybe I invent friends to make musical contributions.

Some off the spoken words are recorded in german and in english. Be patient with my english speach. From the "In Bb Flat" version only one video is used: "A. Information", by the amazing Daniel Donahoo, read by the author. (The full text is on the YouTube page.). The first time when I heard this, it was magic, so I tried to transfer a little bit of this magic to the "noiZe vieW".

The second words, spoken by myself, is "Desiderata" de/en. This is more personal for me. Some weeks before I've made a layout for our "Church Magazine" and this text was published as year end text. Since the first read of this text I whished to make my own reading of this and this recordings are the result. Maybe I'll will repeat the recordings, because I've had a bad cold and it does not sound good as it could be.

And again thanks for the inspiration to the creators of "In Bb Flat" and the Buddha Machine (Tikirobot).

If you not familar with noise and experimetal music the next page can affect you brain.

Enter at you own risk..be warned: if you enter you will loose hours and hours of your live looking the random noise videos played together. After the startup is is more noisy, because of the first run of the videos, after some time (5-10 min.) the ramdom selection tends to more ambient sound. It is all randomized: the number of videos, the volume of each video, the time when a video is started is controlled by a random logic, part of the randomness is the speed of delivery of youtube and the speed of you own internet connection. This is a aleatoric video presentation. The spoken text is not so often displayed. There is a only a small chance that the text is displayed. If the text is to often displayed it tends to boring....Sit back and wait.... it will be displayed..when...don't know.

To view this, you need a Internet connection which can drive up to 6 simulatanious small youtube videos. If not, don't try it. I will make a recording of a session when it is stable for people with slow internet connections.
